We do offer an international delivery service on all orders.
SF Express (2-3 working days)
ALIAS offers free shipping on all China orders. Orders placed after 6pm will be delivered by the next working day by courier.
DHL Express $30 (3-4 working days)
All international orders are shipped with DHL and require a signature upon delivery. Please note when ordering internationally you may be required to pay customs charges.
TAXES & DUTIES
Please note that prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. We deliver to all countries outside China on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Therefore the customer will be liable to pay for any local sales tax or import duty which may apply to any purchase. ALIAS cannot be held responsible should local custom authorities either confiscate or charge ant import duty.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
For ALIAS is committed to providing the highest quality products and customer service to all of our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your item for whatever reason, we operate a 7-day full money back guarantee even for unwanted goods.
- We are happy to accept returns should the item not suit, fit or are faulty in anyway. Please e-mail us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving of goods to inform us of your return also stating whether an exchange or refund is required.
- The unworn item must be returned to us at the below address within 14 working days of receiving goods. Or contact us to arrange for a free collection from your address.
- If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by For ALIAS, we will arrange a free collection* for the return parcel and will reimburse for delivery on international orders.
- Please be aware that we can NOT process your request until we receive the item which may take a few days depending on your courier of choice. Your patience will be required until you receive a confirmation email informing you of your refund and/or exchange.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM
- Include a copy of your invoice and any significant correspondence you have had with our staff in the package so your refund or exchange can be processed by the Returns Team with ease.
- The unworn item must then be returned to us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Or simply contact us to arrange a free collection from your address (in China only).
- The item should be returned in re-sellable condition complete with all of the original packaging.
- When sending a return, please note that the parcel is the customers responsibility until it reaches us. This means you are also responsible for the postage for the returned parcel.
- A proof of postage receipt is not sufficient enough evidence should anything happen to your parcel.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
If the item you have received is faulty or damaged in transit please contact our customers services team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the issue.
We offer full refunds to our customers if they are unhappy with their product for whatever reason. Please take care to include all packaging and accessories sold with the item in re-sellable condition.
Once refunded your money will take 3-5 working days to reach your account.
We offer an exchange on item if you are unhappy with the style or if the item is faulty.
Overseas returns can be sent back to us at our address. Please contact us at email@example.com However, we take into account that international customers may be required to pay additional postage costs for their returns to China.
